NioStar... So you mention ONC* 5 billion shares reduce down to 3.75 billion. Well as of Nov. 14th they did another reduction from 3 billion shares down to 1.5 billion shares.

Sfor as of Nov. 17th, 2016; they have 2.3 billion shares. According to August filing they had around 2.2xx. billion shares. I believed the company had small dilution. Since then, lots of buying pressure.

Mark "May or May not" dilute any shares depending on how long the "3 lawsuits" take.

Once "Negotiations" is done between all parties. I believe this will be a "profitable" company enough for Mr. Kay to retire "1.3 billion OS" which leaves "1 billion OS" & "500 Mil." Float....

It's doable, as long as DUO, Centrify, or Trustware willing to settle outside of Court. KABOOM!!!
