Yep. I understood that you were trying to say the merge is happening, otherwise, spcl won't be doing RS. SPCL stock is pretty much dead long time ago so it is not necessary for spcl to rs if it is not link to PixelMags. Like I say, RS before RM is not a smart way to go if PixelMags plans to uplist (which we do). Unless they have something good to report and have the confident that investors will continue to invest, then they would probably do the RS first. But I doubt that they will do RS first. Like I say, not a smart move.
