what's your reasoning for this? I can see that the current outstanding shares is lower than last time? or am I reading it wrong?

1.7 billion with a 761,905 diluted effect that ended sept 30th for the 9 months compared to the 2.3 billion that ended June 30th for the 3 months?

With a lowered outstanding shares i can understand a possible increase in price?
