This year was the year of turn around. Next year will be again a year of turnaround lol. 360° turnaround. Not a scam company an honest ceo who truely tried but failed. That is what i believe happened here. I think they will get very low settlements or nothing at all. If they had something and they were willing to settle for under thirty million dollars it should have been done in less than four months. But they know they have that blunder with Microsoft so they cant get anything. This had a great chance but bad leadership never brings forth success. What did the two new fellows do in the third quarter sit on there thumbs. They basically came on board to cause company bigger losses. I mean they did get paid right. So that is a loss. Man nothing about that 10Q was good.
