Thats because TPAC keeps introducing new shares into the O/S. Everyone that owns TPAC stock is in the red and dont want to sell for a huge loss. They are hoping for a miracle.

Not that hard to figure out whats going on here. The company is diluting the stock everyday and they will have no other choice than to do a reverse split.
