Well then, it sounds like INNV essentially doubled (diluted) its' amount of authorized shares, which to me means, it devalues it's current share price, so perhaps well go from .25 down to .12 now?
Diluting/authorizing/printing more shares, makes every existing share worth less for the short term doesn't it?
What's with the dilution? Is INNV trying to raise more capital for reinvestment into the company?

Dilution/printing more shares reminds me of when the government prints more money to pay debt, which results in inflation, because each dollars value then goes down, because there are more dollars, which causes prices to go up?
