All that you wrote is true regarding PMCS, however, there are also rumours of entire product lines or entire remote office areas being dropped with layoffs. imo, this restructuring would be a good thing long term but be aware that this is a possibility/rumour.

The technical move has support at just over 5.00 and resistance at 5.21 then pretty light resistance until jsut over 7.00 at MA50 (7.36 at the close of yesterday). imo I would buy on a break over the MA20 (5.41) and sell just under MA50 for a short term swing trade. Until then it is range bound in the 5.00-5.25 area. good luck. fwiw MA200 =9.28 so the 9.00$ range is a long way off with plenty of resistance between 7.36-9.21.
