Many companies miss the normal deadline. Now we're not talking about this, we're talking missing the extension after the dealine (5 calendar days) (not 5 trading days)

"...MyDx anticipates that it will file the Quarterly Report no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date..."

We will be NON REPORTING COMPANY?
