I'm with scottrade, and with them you can sell partials or AON. If you have a million shares you can divide them up any way you like and set the sell at any price you choose. The best way to sell in my opinion is to sell on the way up at several different prices. ex. if you have a million shares, sell 250000 at .0005, .0006, .0007, .0008. If you sell into a run at the ask you should have no problem getting out and it keeps the stock moving up when you sell at the ask. All this assuming this stock ever runs.
