dragon, why do so many of these sub p's and otc's make most of their moves at the end of the month or the first few days of the new month... ive witnessed that on most of my portfolio and for the last few years. it wasnt always like that.. im beginning to think that the best deals are usually in the third to fourth weeks of the month..
