The message says exactly what it says, nothing more and nothing less.
I agree MCKAY is at best a wordsmith, more appropriately the guy is just a LIAR.
Everything regarding this pile of crap is to be questioned / challenged in my opinion.
Best to believe nothing you read, and half of what you see when dealing with OTC garbage.
