Correct. However, the fed has been saying they are raising all year and have not. So they are liars. Let's don't forget how high interest rates got in the 70's and look what happened to gold and silver. I know silver hit $50 I can't remember where gold hit. Early to mid 2000's interest rates were moving up and PM'S went up also. Rising rates is not a bad thing for PM's. I think thats what people on CNBC say to make themselves sound smart. History says it is not the case.
