Not everybody wants to hold an OTC stock for years...

I would vote in favor of a buyout in a heartbeat if the deal came up on the table.

I don't see that happening on Friday, however. They might announce some kind of news (or just post a great Q), but they won't solicit votes for anything spectacular on Friday as they would have needed to solicit a proxy or votes from those unable to attend the meeting as well.

Technically, with their preferred share setup, I don't think they would have to solicit votes anyway since their shares collectively control 80% of the vote. They would just announce it if it happened.
