I have upper and lower back issues. I read on this board over the summer that somebody used several loops and taped them over his wife's entire back. I just tried it, (using 4 loops); just inside the left and right shoulder blades, one on my SI joint and one in my mid back (where I had fallen a few years back) 2 vertebrae and out of alignment to the right. WoW!!! Very good intel using (4) loops.

Completely rested, usually I wake up stiff around all 4 locations described above. Now I wake up like a 20 year old kid ready to take on the world.

I personally think that BIEL should consider having some compression t shirts made with pockets (that snap lock) to keep the loops in place.

Just be creative with these loops, I promise you will amaze yourself in how good you can feel. I also think because I gained so much relief around my shoulder blades, that I am also less anxious lately. Also good stuff!!!

I'm still using it on my tennis elbow, and because I train German shepherds daily, when I do feel relief, one good pull for my he dog, and all the good it did is gone. My massage therapist suggested that I do nothing with the arm when I train. Just put it in a sling so it cannot get injured again. Let it heal completely. Now here comes the snowplow season!
