The Form T dilution we've been seeing on TPAC is at an "AVERAGED" price so it is no mystery, one can easily see the block fee deducted resulting in a five or six-digit Form T. It is called Arbitrage, in this case the Broker Dealer creates their spread and then agrees with their customer upon an acceptable percentage, usually -1.5% on their transaction.
