EARI is a Nevada sub chapter s corporation that is listed on the OTC Pink Sheets. EARI is the process of finalizing
the qualifications of being a reporting company. They will file their S10 filing in the second week of November.
EARI’s main office is in Atlanta and after the Imagination Branding acquisition will have an office in Dallas,
Nashville and Rochester, NY.

I got this from April 26 2016 filing they have been saying this for years and imagination branding deal canceled in 14'

I still think there working on the s10 otc company profile has a new address for them

I'm still long this stock
