Lol. No. In order to properly trade you need to factor in fundamentals, technicals and geopolitical environments.
If your fundamentals theory had any weight, biotechs in the pre-clinical stage would be trading at 10 cents and not 10$ per share such in the case of ADXS for example.
This pennystock has 3 things going for it:
1) Bollinger band squeeze (which you have no idea about obviously)
2) biotech surge with trump now in power
3) it has product in the expansion phase.
Even if it did drop another penny, this is going to pop based on the aforementioned factors.
But hey, it's a free world, misinform all you like, it doesn't change the facts. It just changes people's perception of you.
