Fake "buyback" announcement. Why blow cash on stock? If they're a real company, don't they have better uses for $, like expanding the business?
By the way, they're "contemplating" buying back stock, not "will", or "did".
"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."
For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
