Curious for your opinion Rickn23. I know reverse splits are deemed not good, but I have been lucky enough to be out prior to any before.

At this point given the PPS, are we not better off if he just issued the rest of the 12 billion shares for funds, use those funds to get everything back on track, issue financials, then do a reverse split, followed up immediately by good news (if there were any)?
