I'd be wary of a reverse split at this point.
PowFolio looks to be the only viable part of the company. Zwag Box and comic book publishing don't look reliable enough to count on, as a business.
I don't know if Powfolio can make enough revenue to keep a public company afloat.
If Benny does a reverse split, I'm, also, not sure people would continue to buy shares from any possible newly issued convertible debt.
If a reverse split were to occur, I'd be thinking Benny was going to sell whatever is left of the company, instead of trying to rebuild it. Benny doesn't seem to have the right skill set to run a successful public company. I don't think any of the board members have the time to try to run REDG, either.
