Press Release ....

I agree that a press release ought to have been issued at the same time. I think the company was pressed up against a due-date and likely was advised to simply put out the PR the next day. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. We heard Ferris say that future guidance will be forthcoming and I believe this is instrumental to getting institutional eyes on this company. Especially now with so much of the earlier warrants taken out and all the changes having been= made -- now is the time to get coverage and institutional buying.
