I don't think Lugee operates that way. He seems to let his actions speak for him so far. He made his first investment. He drafted the letter, and signed it, requesting additional time (and made the investment timely - two months before the extended deadline), he said he would need other parties to do this with (he is now doing a JV). He's been a person of his word through his actions.

Two things he still needs to do - 2017 is the year he said this would really move, so he needs to do that, lol, and then he just needs to focus on getting LQMT uplisted to NASDAQ, so he can make his billions. He's got the money, brains, and, most importantly, drive, to get it done.
