Can someone explain how LQMT shareholders might benefit?

Because Lugee owns 400 million shs in LQMT. It's greed and self-interest that will benefit him and LQMT shareholders are just along for the ride.

He's setting up operations in China, with JV's (just like he said he would), because he said he would need to, and because he's betting on BMG's to be a huge area of growth, particularly since the areas that Eon has relied upon in the past for revenue have taken serious hits.

I think there's a bit of a miscalculation of what an increase among a limited pool of investors in China will bring to enhance his wealth, as opposed to having global access to stock he owns in an open market in the U.S. Agreed, though, how will this come together to bring value to LQMT? I am suspecting he is setting up manufacturing capacity to meet demand wherever product is shipped, including manufacturing for LQMT in Europe and North America. What the purpose is of having 63 mill sitting in LQMT's coffers is the open issue. They have not been clear on that.

It's interesting to see the Y-T-Y growth - even at a small sales volume - of Eon's BMG revenue.
