Shareholders do not see it this way:

Please review the facts listed below. they should help shed light on your question: The SA Cabal needs to have another look at the "facts"

1) All of Walthers contentions and allegations were rejected. None of them were even considered. They were just simply thrown out of court. Then why not go to court in the state case. WHy did SA and JS approach on settling? We ALL know why...they couldn't stop the facts about their criminal behaviors going to the judge. Simple..so it's obvious they approached to settle. MW presented the evidence...so why would he approach...he had ALL the leverage.

2) It was shown that he had no witnesses and no evidence to present. He was labeled a Scienter who deliberately defrauded Adelstein. Not true, or was this EVER stated by the judge or anyone else.

3) Walthers lost money; $500,000.00 and growing every day. The judgment attaches to him personally as well as to the company. Again not true...please see "Forensic Accountants." Still cracks me up.

4) Walthers was forced to admit that while he was trumpeting robust sales on Farcebook and this board, he averaged only 41 CENTS/day in revenue for two straight years. And yet we are again left with the document presented to the court that the dullard's "Forensic Accountants" signed off on.

5) Walthers couldn't recover the Patent he so desperately wanted. We'll see. That's not over yet. Remember, the shareholders now have a shot...

6) Walthers gave up his right to pursue his State suit. i.e., no money from the "boot bros."... ever Conversely that applies to the dullards. AND, they had to pay their fed lawyers the 50% of the Fed case AND they had to pay their own lawyer fees...poetic justice!

Just what did Walthers win? Contrary to the propaganda line, he didn't win the right to continue IFUS unfettered by Adelstein. See umber 6 above. SA had to pay our of pocket the 50% plus lawyer fees....

Shareholders are still on the hook for all the money. And there are other judgments against IFUS that Walthers has never spoken of ... and there will be more to come. It's all over and done...shareholders are on no hook...that's pure fantasy.

The "Boot bros. are still a major factor in the company. They hold the purse strings. If the judgement is not repaid as agreed, I'm pretty sure Adelstein will make his presence felt. They were terminated for cause and that's the end of it. There's no presence from either of these clowns at all. The shareholders would NEVER tolerate it. More the 84.3% of the shares were accounted for in their termination....do you think for one minute the shareholder would EVER allow them in the door....? Never happen. Today's count would be more than 94%. I have found not one single shareholder who would support Sa or JS being ANY part of the company EVER again.

Walthers lost. Matter of opinion that's NOT expressed or qualified by any shareholder. We won....
