I am aware the announcement doesn't have to come at the time of the 10-Q, I was just feeding off your ideas of when the announcement could be given. I find it interesting when someone "LOLs" another poster for continuing the same thoughts given by that person.
Anyway, my point is the update by MCIG about Omni Health was Oct. 23rd when it was announced by Paul that the Symbol change would be any day now. Guess that isn't the case - "Any Week Now" would be more appropriate looking back.
We don't really know about current revenues. The projections that were stated by Paul are NOT official and we really don't know what the plan is going forward. This is his words on 10/23/16...
Omni Health, Inc. -- While not recorded on the financial statements of MCIG, the Company maintains approximately a 9% interest in the company. Omni Health is the manufacturer and distributor of anti-aging creams and operates a Pharmacy operation in the Miami, Florida area.
Omni Health is conservatively projecting $6M in revenue with an 8% net profit margin for FY 2017. Omni will be more active independently promoting their company as soon as the symbol change is approved, any day now. Realizing value for our shareholders is a must and we have great plans for our position in Omni for our shareholders.
I have been around enough to finally get better at reading between the lines on Paul's announcements.
He states that Omni operates the FL pharmacy and manufactures anti aging creams. Until we hear otherwise, Malecon owns Omni not the other way around because it was Malecon who was the original shell purchaser. That means Omni Health could be a subsidiary of Malecon which would mean NO Malecon revenues for us. So until the actual announcement by Omni we don't know if those creams are going to be the main focus of this business. But my guess is the original Pharmacy will be independent of the ticker. I think the announcement will really let us know what will be going on with Omni. Until then, we do NOT have a clue as to what is going on with this company. I give Zero Credibility to revenue projections of a company by the CEO of a different company who is trying to calm his investors.
