I think its due on Monday Nov 14th, which will be the 45th day after the close of the 3Q. That would be the deadline, unless they file for a 5 day extension. If so, then we should see the extension filing on Monday. But I think they will produce it either on Monday, or NLT Friday AM, just before the annual meeting. If the numbers are good they will probably release it on time to build positive momentum going into Friday's meeting! At least that is what I'm hoping will happen! :) Even if increased sales or new contracts did not take place during the 3Q, but early in the 4Q, they can refer to them in "forward looking" statements! I really think Mark wants to create a positive atmosphere for the meeting! Just IMHO! :)
