Floyd, I am so sorry to hear this as I am 99.99% sure you will regret it in about 8-12 weeks, if you are selling and not buying back soon for a tax loss option. Either way I still appreciate your solid DD efforts here. I am sure someone one here would love to get your MVTG Mantra Energy T-shirt.

Like I have said before, I was at this same point in Dec 2011 When Larry moved MVTG into his house and could not raise the cash for the 10-Q with out terrible dilution and nasty convertible debt and the lights nearly went out, then in 8 weeks MVTG went from .0047 to .08 per share in about 4 weeks and the rally continued to .30, and in 2014 he raised 1.7 Mil in cash at prices as high as .40/share.

He has done it before and can do it again.
