Just curious, am I the only one who noticed that VTSI's post r/s share structure OS and PPS are similar to ARTX's OS and PPS?

VTSI OS= 15,250,045+/- shares at PPS= $2.80
ARTX OS= 26,438,224 +/- shares and PPS= $3.05

ARTX has a lot more revenues, but also a lot more liabilities
