The interesting part of the no sho reg borrowing senerio I laid out. Is if indeed our note holder is borrowing share from transfer agent ahead of due date .... And the company decides to redeem the note for cash.. then our note holder is up to 15,000,000 share short that he would have to cover in the open market...wouldn't that get interesting....
