NO- there are NOT multiple web sites with that "same address".
If there were, the Internet could not function.
At present there is no "WWW.DYNOPLUG.COM".
That's why NC Jim and anyone else can't reach it- it doesn't exist.
Whatever you saw was a different address.
Next time you go to it, copy & paste it into your post if you expect anyone else to see it.
