CEO's NON transparent letter DON'T say what is Nov. 10 O/S?

Is it now 300 million?
- Sept. 20 O/S: 50 MILLION  
 - Oct. 12 O/S: 150 MILLION (300% increase in less than 4 weeks)  
 - Nov. 10 O/S: ??? (another 4 weeks later)

What are your thoughts about this?
