Do we have a GAGGED TA here? Why REAL O/S is kept HIDDEN and we continue surfing on the OUTDATED one of Oct. 12?

- Sept. 20 O/S: 50 MILLION
- Oct. 12 O/S: 150 MILLION (300% increase in less than 4 weeks)
- Nov. 9 O/S: ??? (another 4 weeks later)

What are your thoughts about this?
