This is in my neck of the woods Flip. Familiar with this story. Trump bought the Kluge estate at auction that included a winery and the Kluge Mansion. Those not familiar with Mr. Kluge, he was a billionaire who owned among many things, Metromedia communications, which was sold to Mr. Murdoch, which is now none other than FOX news. When Mr. Kluge died his wife made some very poor financial choices and hence the auction of the estate. This was and is prime property in the rolling hills around Charlottesville VA. Many millionaires and quasi celebrities have property in the area and is commonly referred to as millionaire's row. Kluge's life is quite interesting if anyone is interested in his story. Some sordid details about his wife sleeping with former GOV of VA Douglas Wilder and she was a former belly dancer. :)
