I'm guessing you mean by "before the cc" when the Q is released, which is about 20-25 mins before the c.c. They ALL do it in such a short timeframe - even with the annuals, but hardly enough time to read a 30-40 page Q with footnotes.

My guess is that you're going to see something in there like below. They've done it before re Visser. This time I think it's more material though.

I know, I know, everyone will focus on the negative - bad debt or lawsuit. They don't have any bad debt to write-off and they settled Visser, plus they haven't done any business yet to be sued and the money just came in 2 weeks ago, so let the conspiracy theories run rampant.
