Finally had someone reach out to me from Frontier via email. I explained all my problems I have had since April 1. And crickets......Just trying to give you guys some feedback from a customers prospective like i did when the stock was in the 4's that there would be a steep decline in the company until they worked out their massive customer relation issues...in my area there is still a massive desertion happening...this company has the ability to rebound but it is going to take quite awhile....if they would address my issues and keep their word I would consider staying, but that seems very difficult for them to do at this point
