LQMT used to have these problems of CC scheduling fairly regularly.

On one hand, auditors found errors that they were not willing to sign off on.

On the other hand, the auditors changed hands frequently.

On the third hand, usually an SEC filing was necessary to explain the delay to the SEC.

Some of the best CC's were the ones they never scheduled.

I recall waiting a year and a half in the early days where there were neither 10Q's or 10K's.

Perhaps, and my best answer is that Lugee Li's own auditors could not come to terms with the current auditor's audit and wanted to make some changes to the filing.

I think that is quite likely.
