Bet on Bob most like has many connections and a positive outlook to the future success of the the battery design... and know his way around the business .... The Doc is likely doing well to follow his suggestions... [b ] Very little prior to December 8th has any bearing Neah Power, the plan to pursue the batteries is the good hands, and the Doc is not alone...He has been Member of Strategic Advisory Board of Neah Power Systems, Inc. since December 8, 2015

A chief Tech officer like this know what to ask before he comes aboard, and comes aboard with a plan to work with someone major....IMO

Mr. Robert A. Kruse, Jr., also known as Bob, serves as Chief Technology Officer for Qoros Automotive co. ltd. Mr. Kruse serves on the Engineering Advisory Board of the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Mr. Kruse served as a Vice President of Townsend Capital, LLC. Mr. Kruse's role at Townsend was to strengthen the development of the Townsend Capital's growing portfolio of energy related companies. He joined Townsend Capital in 2013. Prior to joining Townsend, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Board Director of Sakti3. Prior thereto, Mr. Kruse founded his own consulting company with several Fortune 500 companies as his major clients. In 2009, Mr. Kruse concluded a 31 year career with General Motors, where he created and led the team that executed the Chevrolet Volt and the Volt's battery. Along with the Volt's creation, he developed the largest battery testing facility in North America for GM, followed by several other battery test facilities for other companies. While employed with General Motors, Mr. Kruse developed vast experience with lean engineering and manufacturing techniques, and created and led teams that have executed some of the most successful vehicles in the company's history. He was the Co-Founder and Co-Director of the General Motors / University of Michigan research center "Advanced Battery Coalition for Drivetrains." He over 35 years of engineering, executive, automotive, and start-up experience. He has been Member of Strategic Advisory Board of Neah Power Systems, Inc. since December 8, 2015. He holds a M.S. in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Sloan Fellow and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
