The fact is that there are scant to no details available to either of us on the details of this specific Markman hearing. Given this fact, it would be dangerous to draw conclusions based on what one "believes".

You refute my position based on the fact that you cannot find an explicit statement of same in court documents.

Then you posit an opposite position which cannot be backed by an explicit statement of same in court documents, only that you "just find that hard to believe".

Well, I just find your position hard to believe.
