That new page, http://investorshub.advfn.com/cannabis-stocks/ , is not a discussion board. It just a listing or index of all the boards on ihub where users can go to discuss Cannabis Stocks. Each board most likely has a moderator already.

How can a ticker get added? Users can't but if there is a ticker that someone thinks should be added to the listing they could ask Meatloaf to add it.
