Why do you say that?

I didn't see anything posted so far that could be construed as bad news...other than a claim of a hearing next July that I have yet to see verification of?

But even then...if they're still negotiating a settlement, they're still going to have to file a discovery plan as the judge ordered it be provided 72 hours prior to their conference. I have this feeling a settlement will arise before that date ever gets here. No reason for that feeling, I just don't see it going that far. The longer they put it off, the higher the settlement price gets...and I don't think any of these guys want to risk being wrong with treble damages on the table. Hell of a gamble.
