See now thats a good question. Now I will give my answer though I am sure in this case i could be way off. Now I can assume unlike some patents that are ready to be used without the need for much alteration besides maybe looks etc. Most of NEAHs patents are ones in such a way that require them to be literally integrated with some of their other patents to work and or must have major RnD to develop products for them to be able to integrate with othe companies products. You ever go to Expos where there are crap loads of companies with products many are ready to be used from the get go. Some are mere illustrations or tech demos showing what they can be used for that require major RnD to be used if other companies so choose so those are the ones that are risky and take time.

If you notice some companies who have done agreements with NEAH are doing so to do exactly that license or use their product in some fashion. Its just that there is testing RnD that has to be completed, and I am sure no company is just going to straight out buy a liscense without being able to test RnD etc. to see what they may be able todo with such product.

And as I am sure you are aware many times it has been pointed out that because of NDA'a most are unable to disclose such info on either side. Even the DOE admitted such in their product scores earlier this year which I have posted about a few times, again people just ignore it as usual.

But in a short answer IDK why this is just a scenario I see as being the case. It could just be as simple as NEAH hasn't tried to reach out (which i highly doubt given the many agreements they have come to terms with). Or that companies who have not been reached out to are in await and see mode.

One thing I know for sure is that NEAH has a product they have given spec sheets on it before in minor detail but they have (of course people even then on here cried about how even those didnt matter becasue the stock was low LMFAO "go figure"). They have a product(s) as evident by the DOE grant which should in its own right be enough evidence to show they have something, plus all the comps who pretty much agreed NEAH has a product(s) by agreements etc.
