It takes money to start a company and the debt is a reflection of that... we are just beginning into the debt reduction as seen in the last quarter. This will accelerate with continued court cases being concluded or settling, along with continued exposure to the marketplace and sales/licensing picking up.

They won't have liabilities forever and this is turning around with nowhere but increases in revenue being posted.
