Wait you started out by saying he took on more toxic debt, but then you say you can't wait to see the terms of the deal. So you don't know it's toxic. Maybe TCA saw the books and were willing to extend the loan. Maybe there is enough revenue coming in from the Africa deal to pay it back. Maybe UBA loaned the money at a reasonable interest rate. The point is you don't know!
