So in the end, Ed takes out more toxic debt... instead of selling 1 of 3 un discllsed homes owned by shareholders to cover the debt.

Yeah, that's a CEO that cares about shareholder value.

Can't wait to see the terms of this loan. Heard John Fife is no push over.
