The share exchange agreement in 8K tells it all and gave me the confidence to purchase many shares at very low prices. None of the parties involved have attempted to refudiate any of the proceedings laid out in the 8K. The fact that Pixel used a growing respected global law firm for their legal advisor is just pudding on the cake for me. IMHO
