And this is a real player for us, surpasses the warrants that loan shark Crede signed us on to (back in the pay day lending years). They were passive. Had a guaranteed rate of return that proved toxic.

General American Investment (GAI) pulled us from the mixed shelf where everything was on the block, and, I'm sure they made some money, on the DTCC trading side being a short term lender. They didn't damage us. Left us quietly. The shorts are part of it, and they didn't go for any seats on the board (passive)

Sabby's deal seems like a real buy in for a board position to me. I may be way off base, looking for some of our savvy board members to read the 8K filing. Short attack to end the week ((cause this will stretch into tomorrow)is typical for us and many on refunding news.

I do have some funds to accumulate more, and I will use them, right now, I'm hoping to catch a rebuilding wave of one magnitude nur nuther, Shit if I can figure that out, aaaahhh, hasn't worked for long yet.
