mCig bought the entire VitaCig product line from VTCQ (including VitaCBD) back in June. All the VitaCig products, along with $3.5 million in VitaCig contracts covering the next three years, are now being sold by and making money for mCig. VTCQ then merged its shell with Malecon Pharmacy (now renamed to Omni Health) so that Omni could become a public company. Consequently, VTCQ is now Omni Health. We're currently waiting for Omni to complete all the required regulatory paperwork and release audited financials (which includes changing the name of VTCQ to Omni Health and perhaps getting a different stock symbol).
In the meantime, mCig created a new company called VitaCig, LLC that is 100% owned by mCig (i.e. not a separate public company) to house and market the VitaCig product line.
