I've worked under women. And have found that they are just as capable as men. And vise versa. Everyone has their talents. Like Li and manufacturing/salesmanship. I do believe an environment of differing genders and personalities is a healthy environment. But. Don't hire because of it. And LQMT is not really in a great recruiting position. Except for those who may fall in love with the material and manufacturing methods. Which is why I think they got Hauck. He needed a new challenge beyond his success with MIM.

Relax. Be patient. No matter how you slice it. Penny stocks and LQMT are gambling.
