Perhaps those notes are what is being failure to deliver- reg no sho... As it turns out prior to the note being due . The holder can request MYDX shares from the transfer agent and then when all restrictions are removed and the shares are actually issues the shares are repaid back to the transfer agent ....initially this creates a negative short position but are satisfied when paid back when note falls due....this is great news for us because we have ref no show for like 20 days now and the limit up....
