Sub in any company and what they make ... irrelevant to the overall point. If you're the CEO of a company that's about to go bankrupt and you need a financial lifeline and what you're sitting on is supposedly worth billions and you sell 46% for $63 million, well, I don't think it makes the CEO a genius for cutting a deal that values the company at about $135 million.



Haha, a "genius" said a gap to .12's and even LOWER. Under that "genius" theory, Lugee vastly overpaid.
